Eligible Refund Cases
You are eligible for a full or partial refund in the following situations:
Service not delivered: If we fail to deliver your order within the promised timeframe and cannot provide an alternative.
Wrong service delivered: If you received a different service or product than what you ordered.
Technical failure: If the service stopped working within 24 hours of delivery due to our error (not user-side issues).
Duplicate payment: If you were charged more than once for the same order.
Order cancellation (before processing): If your order has not yet been processed, you may cancel for a full refund.
Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will NOT be issued in the following circumstances:
Digital goods already delivered: Once a premium subscription, activation code, or login credential has been delivered and confirmed working, it cannot be refunded.
Gaming top-ups credited: Free Fire diamonds or other in-game credits that have already been added to your account are non-refundable.
Change of mind: We do not accept refunds due to a change of mind after a service has been successfully delivered.
User error: Incorrect information provided by the customer (e.g., wrong Player ID, wrong account details) is not eligible for refund.
Third-party platform issues: Refunds are not available for issues caused by the platform (e.g., game server downtime, app policy changes).
Violation of our Terms: Accounts or orders suspended due to policy violations are ineligible for refunds.
⚠ Important Note on Digital Services
All digital services (Premium Apps, subscriptions, gaming credits) are delivered instantly or within a short window. Due to the nature of digital goods, once delivered and confirmed, refunds are generally not possible. Please verify your order details carefully before completing payment.
Refund Timeframe
Refund Request Window: Refund requests must be submitted within 72 hours of order placement or delivery.
Processing Time: Once approved, refunds are processed within 3–7 business days.
Payment Method: Refunds are returned via the original payment method (bKash, Nagad, or bank transfer as applicable).
