How Delivery Works

Delays & Special Cases
Peak Hours: Orders placed during peak hours (evening or weekends) may experience slight delays beyond the standard timeframe.
Third-Party Issues: Delays caused by game server outages, platform maintenance, or third-party restrictions are outside our control. We will notify you as soon as possible.
Incomplete Information: If your order details are incomplete or incorrect, delivery will be delayed until we receive the correct information from you.
Public Holidays: Service availability may be limited on major public holidays in Bangladesh. Orders will still be processed but may take slightly longer.

If your order has not arrived within the stated delivery timeframe, please contact us immediately. Include your payment transaction reference and order details when reaching out.
